Hi - I was hoping that someone could clarify something for me regarding trading any of the strategies.  Say you start with $10000 and you identify 5 stocks to buy in the first period; you allocate $2000 to each; at the start of the second period, 3 of the stocks no longer qualify, and 2 still do; my understanding is that you let the remaining 2 ride (whithout adding to the positions), but how much do you put into the new set of 5 stocks?  Is is basically whatever you ended up with after liquidating the 3 that dropped off your screen split evenly across the new 5?

Thanks,

Lou

2  are riding as they still qualify so i would just allocate the cash from selling the old 3 to the new 3 as cash / 3
