I started using the program June 4th 2018, and it is now June 18th, but the "to" for the backtesting range remains June 1, 2018.  My calls and emails to support have gone un-answered.

This is the newest new thread I could find on the site, and it is Dec 24 2018, six months later. Am I doing something wrong or is it just that I am trying the demo software?
